When you delete a file from a USB flash drive or your computer, the file is not actually deleted: Windows marks it as "rewritable". It means until data is written over your deleted file, you can still recover it. USB Flash Drive Data Recovery Software allows you to recover deleted files from any of your USB flash drives: you select the USB key, mode (slow or fast), and the files to recover, after which you start the recovering. If you're lucky and your file wasn't overwritten by another one, then you can recover it. If your file was overwritten, then, most likely, you won't be able to recover it.
The program is designed to be easy to use and efficient; the interface is kept as simple as possible, and there is a video bundled with the software showing you how the software works. However, the trial version can't recover the found files: you'll need to buy the product to do this. When you close the buy window, it's minimized but still on the screen. The price is a bit excessive, because other programs can do the same job for a lower price.
Bottom-line: Great and easy to use software but overpriced.
- Simple interface
- Two modes (slow or fast)
- A demo video allows you to understand how the program works
- Trial version can't recover files
- Buy window always on the screen
